Apply nowWho this is for
The Bar Standards Board's Transferring Qualified Lawyer (TQL) route is built for lawyers already admitted to practice in a common-law jurisdiction — Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Nigeria, Kenya, and others — who hold a law degree and rights of audience. You don't pause your career or relocate: you prepare from Lahore campus or online, and only travel to the United Kingdom for what genuinely requires it — the assessments and your Call to the Bar.
